Shipping & Returns

  • ​All orders will be shipped out within 48 working hours once payment has been received.​​

  • Please do note that Quirky Dough will not be liable for any lost or damaged parcels.

​

  • Fragile items will be wrapped with bubble wrap and sent in boxes/bubble padded envelopes to prevent any damages.

​

  • For orders outside of Asia, kindly do drop us a message and we will get back to you with regards to your postage cost! (do check your spam mail!).

LOCAL SHIPPING

  • A flat rate shipping of $4.50 for registered courier applies to all orders below $100.

       

  • Orders that are $100 and above qualify for free local registered shipping.

​

  • Customers can generally expect to receive their orders within 3-5 working days once we have mailed them.

​

  • For urgent orders, we now offer next day delivery at just $12 - order today and receive your parcel tomorrow.

​

  • Next day delivery is only available on weekdays, excluding public holidays.

SHIPPING WITHIN ASIA​

  • All orders will be sent via Registered Postage and a tracking number will be sent to you once mailed.

​

  • A flat rate shipping applies for all orders.

​

  • Malaysia, Indonesia and South Korea: $25

​

  • For other locations, do drop us a message and we will get back to you with a quote.

Self Collection

  • We do offer self collection for customers who would prefer to do so (only for Singapore customers).

​

  • The time and locations will be at our convenience should you choose to self collect your items

​

  • Currently, self collection locations will be at: ​

                                                                    > Tampines

                                                                    > For other locations, kindly do drop us a message first!

Exchange / Returns

  • Returns are only applicable for regular priced items for the following reasons:

    • An incorrect item

    • A defective item

​

  • Requests for returns other than the above reasons will not be entertained.

​

​

  • In the case of an incorrect/defective item: Please do contact us with a photo within 3 days after receiving the shipment, for our confirmation.

​

  • Please only return the item once a confirmation has been given from our team. quirky Dough reserves the right to reject any returns that has not been confirmed by us.

​

  • We will send a replacement piece of the item if there is stock. There is strictly no refunds if a replacement piece is available.

​

  • In the event that the item is no longer available, refunds will be made.
